Kalipur beach welcomes with open arms. If you love to see the turtle nesting and water sports, then you are at the right destination. The Kalipur, Diglipur is 18 kilometres from the beach. Its mesmerizing volcanic grey sand beaches with coral, jellyfish, and mangrove trees, surrounded by mountains and an endless sea, present an almost graphic appearance to anyone strolling along the beach. You will enjoy the snorkelling beneath the crystal-clear seas and discover a whole new world filled with a wide variety of intriguing species such as jellyfish, squids, sea turtles, and coral reefs that are home to a wide variety of flora and fauna.

KALIPUR BEACH TURTLE NESTING
Andaman’s sandy and rocky shores, combined with the island’s ideal temperatures, attract waves of turtles between October and March. The fragile ecosystem at Kalipur Beach is visited by a variety of turtles, including the rare leatherback, Hawk Bill, and Olive Ridley, and you may be able to see these cute little turtles hatching out of their eggs and crawling towards the sea.
